During a call, an admin can click into the call and action or monitor the call in real time. 


The various possible badges and their step status are as follows


Pending clinician responses

Grey "x/x Responses"  - if 1 or more responses needs to be received still (and before step escalation time met)



Green "x/x Responses" - if 1 or more responses have been received


Step Escalation Required

Red  "Escalation Required" badge - if request step needs to be escalated



Step Escalated

Green "Escalated" badge - if request step was escalated


Incomplete Manual Step

Orange "Action Required" badge  - if manual step needs to be completed



Manual Step Completed

Green - "Completed" badge - if manual step was completed
