If you have the correct permissions then you can login to the Cortex Admin and build an Emergency Call Code
Start by clicking on "Emergency Call Codes" then click "New"
Name the Call Code in the top field then add actions for the steps required
Each step has different requirements, however any "Request" step needs an escalation step and any "Manual" step needs a description of the actions required for the step.
For Request and Notify steps you can choose a specific shift role or group that will be requested or notified.
Once you've constructed the call, click Save and the Emergency Call Code will be immediately available for appropriate Cortex users to trigger.
