The majority of Request shift roles are likely to be deemed mandatory by an organisation - i.e. they must be filled.
If a mandatory shift role is deemed unfilled then a banner like below will show in the Emergency Calls overview screen.
For a role to be deemed filled then the following criteria must be met
- a clinician must have added the shift role
- the shift role must not have expired
- the clinician must not have manually signed out of Cortex
Once all mandatory shift roles are filled then the banner reverts to as below.
