If your role has changed (for example from House Officer to Registrar or Nurse to Charge Nurse Manager) and your Cortex account has not been updated, you will continue to show under under your previous Clinical Position in the Circle of Care.
You will need to put a change request through to your local IT help desk to update your Cortex account in the Cortex Web Admin.
