If a clinician has never used Patient track before, and the first time they try is via Cortex, it may not work for them. The following steps should address this issue:
- Go to CDHB intranet page on desktop
- Scroll down to section entitled "clinical applications (big black letters on left hand side)
- Look down the list in blue letters to the second to bottom name which says "patient track", and click on this
- This will open patient track and user will log in.
- If this is the first time they have logged in a screen comes up about roles and user availability. if this screen doesn't come up it should be fine
- Answer questions and then click on the user availability and tick area.
- This page should go away and you can navigate into patient track
- Once this done patient track will work in cortex.
