Background

  • Cortex is able to deliver XDS files of Cortex documents to destinations
  • These delivery options are set up by Sense Medical



Process

The following information is required to set up a new XDS delivery option:

  • Name of delivery option (as you would like it to appear in Cortex web admin)
  • Automatic or Manual delivery option
  • Name of document for display in document tree of destination system.  This will be structured as 'Cortex - [note name]'
  • Destination location (i.e. folder in document tree of destination system)
  • Whether to insert note as single entry, or part of a rollup
  • Practice Setting Code (see attached file 'XDS - Document Import Specification')


The information above should be emailed to help@sensemedical.co.nz by a person with the appropriate authority (Organisational/Facility Cortex Lead or Facility Cortex Workflow Administrator)
