In order to configure email based Delivery Options, an SMTP email server must be configured for your organisation by Sense Medical.

This is to ensure you are in total control over which servers Cortex originating email transits through to maintain security of email contents.

If your organisation uses Microsoft 365 for it's email infrastructure, you will likely need to setup a Connector to allow relaying of mail from Cortex:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/mail-flow-best-practices/how-to-set-up-a-multifunction-device-or-application-to-send-email-using-microsoft-365-or-office-365#option-3-configure-a-connector-to-send-mail-using-microsoft-365-or-office-365-smtp-relay

Cortex send emails from the following IP addresses:

3.106.110.156

13.237.32.1

52.63.192.166

In order to prevent Cortex email being flagged as spam, you will need to setup SPF DNS records to allow these IP addresses:

v=spf1 ip4:3.106.110.156 ip4:13.237.32.1 ip4:52.63.192.166 include:spf.protection.outlook.com ~all

Once this is configured, we require two bits of information: MX endpoint, and a valid email address for your organisation as the "sent from" address (this address does not necessarily require a mailbox).

Once we have configured these for your organisation, your email delivery options should function as expected.
