The Cortex platform provides a web-based dashboard for a user to monitor orders completed in Cortex.


This is available to users with the Access Role of 'Order Management'

  • If you require this access but do not have "Orders" as an available option in the left menu please contact your organisations IT help desk


To use this function:


  • Log in to Cortex web admin.
  • Click 'Orders' in left menu, then from the filter choose the relevant Order workflow.




  • If you click on an Order, it will open up the form to view.  Attached images or scans will open in a new browser window.




  • The delivery history is also available
