- Cortex Designer is unable to connect to its server
- Check that your device is online by seeing if the web browser works
- If your organisation uses a VPN to allow the app to be used outside the internal network, this error may occur because the VPN isn't setup or working.
- Check with the organisation Service Desk that you are in the 'Cortex Designer VPN Group'
- Try restarting the device or VPN app
