Why am I getting a 'connection error' when trying to use Cortex Designer?
- Cortex Designer is unable to connect to its server.
- Check that your device is online by seeing if the web browser works.
- If your organisation uses a VPN to allow the app to be used outside the internal network, this error may occur because the VPN isn't setup or working.
- Check with the organisation Service Desk that you are in the enrolled in InTune group.
- Try restarting the device or VPN app.
- Any abbreviations should be easily understood.

How do I remove an option from an options list component?
- To remove an option that is not required, just swipe from right to left - this will show you a red delete button.
