The Cortex web view allows viewing, exporting and printing of Cortex notes from a desktop.

Viewing of Cortex notes

As you can see in the screenshot below, on the left is a list of Cortex notes.  Active 'Clinical Summaries & Care Plans' are shown at the top of the left panel, and below that is the timeline of Cortex notes.

Filtering

The notes can be filtered by selecting one of the categories and/or choosing a date range.

Exporting and Printing of Cortex notes

1. To access the printing / exporting menu, click the icon in the bottom right.

2. Select whether to export just the current document or a collation. 

3. If collation, then select the appropriate parameters.

- 'Smaller fonts/whitespace' results in using less paper when printing

4. Then select 'Download PDF'.  Once downloaded, you will be able to open and print.
