This Cortex web update incorporates new clinical document export functionality, as well as user administration functions.


Web View Changes


• All active care plans and summaries are now shown pinned in the web notes view.

• Two new categories for filtering notes are available: "Consult Notes" and "Transfer of Care Notes" 

• Minor visual changes to the notes headers shown in the web, and delivered to HCS to align information to quality standards.


Clinical Document Export / Printing


The patient web notes view has a new button on the bottom right corner of the screen.



Clicking this will bring you to a "Clinical Documents Export" screen which will allow you to select a date range of notes, what to include in the export (care plans, summaries, notes, orders, jobs, rescinded) as well as the ability to produce an output suitable for printing, with smaller fonts and less white space.



Clicking "Download PDF" will then show a progress bar before loading the PDF, which can then be printed or saved.


Please use this function only as necessary as it is resource intensive on the server, particularly when requesting large date ranges. 


User Administration


This update incorporates the ability to give access to the training environment (and other potential environments) in the new admin portal (completing the functionality available in the old admin portal).


When creating or editing a user, there is a new "Environment Access" section, where you can give access to the training environment to a particular user.



User Export


Cortex administrators, when given the appropriate permission, can now export a CSV file of all users in the Cortex system using the Export button on the top right.
