Cortex supports departments, under which teams are organised. Departments are manually managed in the Cortex admin.
Creating a Department
To manually create a new department, click the "New" button on the right hand side. Name appropriately.
Editing a Department
To edit a department, first search for the department from the department list.
Click the appropriate location name.
Click the "Edit" button on the right hand side.
Update the name of the department as required and select "Save".
Disabling a Department
If a department is disabled, it will be removed from the department list in Cortex.
To archive a department, search for the user from the locations list.
Click the appropriate location name.
Click the "Edit" button on the right hand side.
Make sure "Archived" is checked.
Click "Save".
