Patient List Management
In Cortex 3.4 we’ve reworked the patient list management slightly.
Rather than managing which Teams/Locations you follow from the buttons in the top left of the Manage My Patients screen you will now be presented with a submenu that has several options.
Consult Teams
Consult Teams allow users to create arbitrary teams that can be manually associated with patients. The first Consult Teams we have are
- Acute Pain Team
- Diabetes
- Infectious Diseases
- Lipid Disorders
- Nutrition Support Team
- Palliative Care
You join a Consult Team by tapping the “Manage” button on the top right of the home screen and going into “Manage My Consult Teams” toggling the Consult Teams you want to be a part of.
Once following a Consult Team on the home screen there will be three small dots next to the Consult Team name, you tap on this to manage the patients that are part of that Consult Team.
Any follower of the team can manage the patients of the team so make sure you're respectful and courteous. If you remove a patient from the team, they're removed from everyone's list.
Personal Task Management
You can now prioritise you personal task list and order it how you would like by tapping the “Edit” button in the top right of the My Tasks section. Once in the editing mode you can drag tasks between “Other” and “Prioritised” to order them.
All new tasks assigned to you will be put into “Other” and will not be sorted into the Priority list until moved into it.
Patient Timeline Filters
You can now filter the patient timeline with various filters. To start, users tap anywhere on the filter bar and set their preferred filter, once on a filter they can toggle it on/off by pressing the button on the left of the filter bar. This filter is reset to “All Timeline Items” every time you leave the patient view.
