To be able to access radiology images and results for patients via Cortex (see image below), you need an individual PACS account, and then to have this set up in Cortex. The steps are:
- If you do not already have a PACS account, please request this is set up by emailing PACS@cdhb.health.nz
- Once you have your PACS username, then please lodge a request with Service Desk (Service.Desk@cdhb.health.nz) to request 'Please add my PACS username to Cortex'
It may take up to an hour before the access begins to work.
