Cortex 3.8 marks the next phase of clinical documentation in Cortex with the release of our new "Care Plan" functionality.
Care Plans are designed to be edited my multiple users and reflect the current state of a patient rather than an older note. They have all the capabilities of normal Cortex Clinical Documents and can also have snapshots created to insert into the patient timeline.
You can find out more about Care Plans here
Cortex 3.8 also brings improvements to other parts of the application...
Improves support workflow from in-app - It's now easier to request support directly from the settings menu- Fixes a bug preventing users from signing in from time
Improves team listing - Teams are now listed alphabetically by surname- Improvements to form engine
Healthpathways for diagnosis tokens - When adding a diagnosis using a token, if there's a matching health pathway you can tap the diagnosis and be taken directly to the relevant pathway page
Previously draft notes inserted into timeline at signing time - Now that draft notes are protected, Cortex will insert them into the timeline at the time of signing rather than the time of creation.
Added “Procedures” to Timeline Filter - You can now filter the timeline to only show procedures
Deprecated legacy forms engine - We've said a final goodbye to our older form engine.
Sync indicator improvements - The indicator should now better reflect when Cortex is actually syncing.
