If you are part of the Health Care team covering a specific location the most convenient way to maintain an up-to-date patient list is to subscribe to that location.
Subscriptions are straight forward to set up and can be updated whenever required.
- Tap the "Manage my Patients” icon in the top right corner of the home screen.
- Tap Follow Locations
- Tap to Select the Locations you wish to follow.
- Tap “Done”
Once you're subscribed to a location you will
- Receive notifications about any patient in that location
- Be listed in those patients' "Circle of Care"
