If you're a clinician with an involvement in a specialist team, then the easiest way to keep your patient list up-to-date is to subscribe to that team.


Subscriptions are straight forward to setup and can be adjusted whenever needed.


  • Tap the "Manage my Patients” icon in the top right corner of the home screen.




  • Tap the Team icon (upside down triangle) in the green nav bar.



  • Select the teams you wish to join.
  • Tap “Done”



 


Once you're subscribed to a team you will



  1. Receive notifications about any patient in that team
  2. Be listed in that patients "Circle of Care"
  3. Be listed as a member of that team when users see a delegation list
  4. Receive notifications of any changes to any previously signed clinical documentation for that patient
