If you are part of the Health Care team and involved with a Specialist Team the most convenient way to maintain an up-to-date patient list is to Subscribe to that Team.
Subscriptions are straight forward to set up and can be updated whenever required.
- Tap the "Manage my Patients” icon in the top right corner of the home screen.
- Tap Follow Teams
- Tap to select the Department and then Tap to select the Teams you wish to follow (a green tick will appear next to the teams you have selected)
- Tap ‘Done’
- To Unfollow a Team, Tap on the team again (the green tick previously beside the team will disappear)
Once you're Subscribed to a Team you will
- Receive notifications about any patient in that team
- Be listed in that patients "Circle of Care"
- Be listed as a member of the team in the task delegation list
